Assign Course Units to the Lecturer on

Academic Management Information System (ACMIS)

  1. Log in to ACMIS with Administrator or Academic Manager credentials.
  2. Navigate to Academic → Course Catalog (or Courses & Units).
  3. Select the course unit you wish to assign by clicking its Name.
  4. On the unit details page, open the Staff or Instructors tab.
  5. Click Add Lecturer (or Assign Staff).
  6. Please search for the lecturer by name or staff ID, then select them.
  7. Optionally set the Role (e.g., Lecturer, Co-Lecturer) and Allocation (contact hours or % workload).
  8. Click Save to confirm the assignment.
